I've installed Steam's GOTY version, and downloaded the Unofficial Oblivion, Unofficial Shivering Isles, and Unofficial Official Mods Patches. How do I install the patches? They've come as. zip files and they don't contain. exe files, so I'm not sure how to proceed. Thank you for your advice! As I got the unofficial oblivion patch download for version 1.1.425 via Steam, there is no such folder. And I obtained the files from the Dark Creations website - I am not spreading untrue information, I'm just reporting what I see. Here you go. edit: dont forget to use BOSS for load order and OBSE for stability and such.

Although I recommend using the program Oblivion Mod Manager to arrange properly the loading order each official DLC followed by its unofficial patch mod and files. If you plan to use mods that replace textures, you will need Oblivion Mod Manager anyway for its "Archive Invalidation" function that makes that obligatory process really fast and easy.
